ATM
The nearest ATM is a three minute walk from the Shine Dome inside Cafe 21, on the corner of Marcus Clarke St and Edinburgh Ave.

Accessibility
Two (2) disabled parking spaces are available within the Academy car park.
The ground floor of the Ian Wark Theatre, Jaeger Room, Becker Room and amenities are all wheelchair accessible. Due to the heritage of the building however, doorways into the venue are only equipped for access by standard wheelchairs.
Canberra Airport Information
Catering
Morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea are included in delegate registration. Tea and coffee will also be available on arrival from 8.00am each morning.
Delegates with special dietary requirements should indicate these requirements at registration, and see the catering staff onsite for their meals.
Dress code
Business casual is suggested for Science at the Shine Dome.
For the Gala Dinner, the dress code is Black Tie (ie a tuxedo with a bow tie or a dark suit and tie is suggested for gentlemen and evening wear of a cocktail dress is suggested for ladies).
Hearing Loop
The Ian Wark Theatre,both upstairs and downstairs, is equipped with an Infrared Hearing Loop.

Luggage
Staff at the Registration Desk can tag and store luggage onsite.
Mobile Phone Etiquette.
Delegates are asked to respect speakers and other delegates by switching phones to silent while the event is in session.
Parents and Carers
The Academy is offering parents and carers two ways to access support. Please refer to the Access and Inclusion page for further information.
Parking
Limited free car parking is available in the Academy's Gordon Street carpark. Additional pay parking areas are available in short walking distance to the Shine Dome.
Registration Desk
The Registration Desk is in the main Foyer and will be open from 8.00am-5.00pm each day of the conference.

Staff at the Registration Desk can book taxis for delegates at required times.
Tranfers
Gala Dinner: Coach Transfers will be arranged to and from Parliament House for the Dinner on Wednesday evening. Coaches will pick up and drop off at University House and QT Canberra. No Bookings are required.
Coach to the airport: Transport to the airport from the Shine Dome will be provided at 4.30pm on the final day (Thursday 24 May). Delegates are required to book as part of the online registration.
WiFi Access
Complimentary WiFi can be accessed throughout the venue. Please consult the app or program at the event for access information.
