BEFORE YOU REGISTER, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION.

  • Pending event organizer confirmation, everyone approved to attend will require a Special Event Ticket (SET) to access UN Headquarters.

  • The event organizers will secure the SET for you.

  • The UN will release the SETs to the event organizers 24 hours before the event.

  • You or your representative will need to collect the SET on the day of the event. After registration, you will receive more information regarding the SET collection point.

  • Please provide your first and last names, EXACTLY as per your government-issued ID.

  • Please enter any middle names listed on your government-issued ID in the "FIRST NAME" field. 

  • At the venue, if the names on your SET and government-issued ID do not match exactly, you will not be allowed to enter. This is a strict protocol so please double check your government-issued ID against the details you enter to avoid disappointment.

  • You will need to bring this government-issued ID with you, along with your SET, to enter UN Headquarters. 

  • The RSVP date (Sunday 14 September) is non-negotiable and cannot be extended, as the list of attendees must be submitted to the UN one week prior to the event. No further attendees may be added to the list after that time.

  • Please note that confirmed attendance for this event is at the discretion of event organizers. The event organizers reserve the right to decline registration, if attendance is deemed unsuitable.
