Abstracts open 1 May 2018 and close 15 July 2018

Abstracts are limited to 350 words. Authors should ensure they use the downloadable template: Click here to download the abstract-template

Delegates may submit one abstract as presenting author. Authors should identify the session most appropriate to their paper and their preferred presentation style (oral, poster). Please remember we have a limited number of oral presentation slots so please do not be disappointed if you are offered a poster presentation.

·              * Orals presentations are strictly limited to 15 minutes with 5 minutes of questions.

·              * Poster presentations are A0 format. Poster content should be readily understood by an audience ranging from policy analysts, social and natural scientists, the media.
3. PhD student or Early Career Researcher with fee waiver

The conference organisers may award some fee waivers to PhD students and Early Career Researchers (ECRs) awarded a PhD within five years. To be considered for a waiver you must upload:

·              1. A short statement on why you think you should be awarded a fee waiver (maximum 1/2 A4 page). Please include your name and Research Institution and Department. Deadline 15 July 2018.

·              2. Either proof or enrolment or a link to your thesis.

Registrants will be contacted by the event organisers to be informed of the outcome of their application.
